Update

Important update from the All East team

Sexual Health staff have been redeployed to help support the NHS response to Covid-19. We are therefore only able to operate an extremely limited service.  All walk-in services are closed and we are only able to offer limited face to face appointments for urgent cases only.

Want an STI test? Order a free test kit to complete at home.

Want to speak to a clinician? Book a telephone consultation.

After speaking with you on the phone, if you require medication, we will prescribe and post it to you. Or if you need to be seen by a clinician, then we will book an appointment and give you instructions on how to access the clinic.

Please do not hesitate to book a telephone appointment, especially if you need:

  • Treatment for a diagnosed sexually transmitted infection
  • Medication if you may have been exposed to HIV in the last 3 days (PEP)
  • Emergency contraception (morning after pill or IUD)
  • Help if you have been sexual assaulted
  • Support and safeguarding for people who are young and/or vulnerable
  • Contraception including coil or implant insertion and removal. Please book a telephone consultation first, and we will help to find you an appointment

Do not leave home if you or someone you live with has the following symptoms:

  • a high temperature
  • a new continuous cough
  • a loss or change of sense of smell or taste.

We must all work together to slow the spread of infection.
