Sexual health is important for everyone, no matter what your age, gender, or sexual orientation.

We strive to make all our services LGBTQ+ friendly at All East. All the people who work in our clinic, from the receptionist to the doctors and nurses are trained in equality and diversity and trans awareness and are expected to have a friendly, inclusive, and non-judgemental attitude.

It is likely that we will ask questions about who you have been having sex with, and how. This is to ensure that we provide you with the best service, tailored to your specific needs.

• Testing and treatment for sexually transmitted infections including HIV
• Provision and follow-up of post exposure prophylaxis for prevention of HIV infection
• Monitoring and STI testing for people taking PrEP
• Hepatitis A, B  and HPV vaccinations
• Contraception advice and emergency contraception (morning after pill, emergency coil/IUD)
• Long-acting contraception
• Pregnancy testing
• Free condoms and lube
• Support and advice following sexual assault
• Advice on sexual risk, preventing infections, consent, drugs (chems) and sex, referral to relevant support organisations
• Female and male sexual dysfunction services
• Specialist clinics for people with recurrent or long-term problems
